Many thanks to Vicente E. Garces Reference & Collection Development Librarian University of Minnesota Law Library for allowing me to use the format of his research guide "Researching American Indian Law"

Overview

This guide provides resources that support the Indian law classes taught at Arizona Summit Law School.  Suggestions for locating secondary sources including books, articles, and current awareness publications are provided. Guidance in locating primary sources (Federal, Tribal & Arizona) such as treaties, case law, statutes/codes and administrative agency rules, regulations, and decisions is also provided. Basic resources on International law as they pertain to American Indian law are included.
